CheeseTopia brings the best Midwest artisan cheeses to the heart of a different city each year. Attendees meet, greet, sample and purchase cheese from as many as 50 artisan cheesemakers from the Great Lakes Region.
In 2016, CheeseTopia comes to Chicago. We’ll be in in the fabulous 5th floor Skyline Loft of the historic Bridgeport Arts Center, the former Spiegel Catalog warehouse, built in 1911. Become a member of Wisconsin Cheese Originals to get first chance at tickets when they go on sale in February. More>>
Jeanne Carpenter, chief cheese geek of Wisconsin Cheese Originals, leads a variety of classes. If you’re looking for a monthly night out, tasting and learning about fine artisan cheese, consider joining her at the 2015 Artisan Cheese Series in Oregon, Wisconsin.
Attendees meet at the Firefly Coffeehouse, also known as Oregon’s living room, about 10 minutes south of Madison. Each class includes a tasting and storytelling of artisan cheeses, a glass of complimentary wine, beer or beverage and frequent guest speakers. More>>
