Cheesetopia is proud to call Minneapolis home in 2017. Each year, this traveling festival brings the best regional artisan and farmstead cheeses to the heart of a different U.S. city. Attendees meet, greet, sample and purchase cheese from more than 40 artisan producers.

Tickets are currently on sale only to members of Wisconsin Cheese Originals. Remaining available tickets go on sale to the public on March 1. Consider joining Wisconsin Cheese Originals to guarantee tickets and support artisan cheesemakers. More>>

Jeanne Carpenter, American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional, leads a variety of classes. If you’re looking for a fun night out, tasting and learning about artisan cheese, these are the classes for you! Each class includes a tasting and storytelling of at last four artisan cheeses, a complimentary beverage and frequent guest speakers.

Classes sell out quickly, so if you see a topic you like and there are tickets available, snatch them up now. If everything is sold out, fear not, Jeanne’s always adding new classes. Check out our current line-up here!   More>>
