CheeseTopia brings the best Midwest artisan cheeses to the heart of a different city each year. Attendees meet, greet, sample and purchase cheese from as many as 50 artisan cheesemakers from the Great Lakes Region.

On April 10, 2016, CheeseTopia comes to Chicago. We’ll be in in the fabulous 5th floor Skyline Loft of the historic Bridgeport Arts Center, the former Spiegel Catalog warehouse, built in 1911. Wisconsin Cheese Originals Class for Members at Firefly Coffeehouse


Jeanne Carpenter, founder of Wisconsin Cheese Originals, leads a variety of classes. If you’re looking for a monthly night out, tasting and learning about artisan cheese, consider joining the Artisan Cheese Series in Oregon, Wisconsin. The 2016 schedule is now available!

Attendees meet at the Firefly Coffeehouse, about 10 minutes south of Madison. Each class includes a tasting and storytelling of artisan cheeses, a glass of complimentary wine, beer or beverage and frequent guest speakers.  More>>

Founded in 2009 by Jeanne Carpenter, a certifiable Cheese Geek, Wisconsin Cheese Originals is dedicated to growing America’s Dairyland. That’s why we offer an annual $2,500 cheeesemaker scholarship to help one aspiring cheesemaker earn a Wisconsin Cheesemaker’s License each year.  More>>
